I have read through the reviews, and decided I'd leave a comment. I'm no food critic, I greatly enjoyed my meal and my drinks. The staff were very friendly and even tho obviously juggling multiple orders, still had an ear open for me when tho I was willing to wait. With all that being said, an issue arose, I did not tell anyone, they still noticed and reciprocated by waiving my meal. I feel as adults, I should not have to say this; if there is an issue you are having whether it be communication barrier or food safety, it should be brought to the business' attention at that moment. It is unfair to not allow the mistake to be corrected, or for the offending party to be educated. And to label the whole establishment negative because of an action of potentially one person who may be lacking experience and has the opportunity to learn is irrational. Further, by complaining after the event, there is no evidence, and leaving bad reviews without support is a ploy of competing business. I can easily order a plain hotdog, take a picture and say it's the wrong order. So next time, alert the restaurant management, be an adult.
