I've noticed after all the times I've gone to Waipio Zippy's that the same 2 servers are always working. I commend Sarah and Aaron for their constant hard work, attentiveness, care and compassion...not only for for their jobs, but for their customers as well. I really wish that I could give these 5 stars to the two of them, and not the store itself. Sarah and Aaron both manage to keep their cool through these unprecedented and demanding times. I'm actually shocked that they're not the ones running this place. Not once do I see management checking in on [any of] their servers. But if it's Sarah or Aaron on the floor, you're in the best hands without a doubt. Thank you both for outstanding service every time my family and I are there!!

Go to spot when back in town. Lots of options for local food you've been missing. Teeny weeny hiccup, the waitress forgot to put in our order. Still ate good just had to wait a lil longer.

We enjoyed it. So much of Hawaii's historical history no longer exist. To be able to learn about the history and get the feel of riding the train was great. Keep up the great work! I hope and pray they are able to keep this going. May God bless all of you.
