They changed their crust since I was there last (many years ago as I now live in NYC) which is sad because that was half of the best part. The pizza Diane was still delicious though. However, the service was extremely slow. After I was able to flag down our server, I ordered a beer flight and she left them under the taps for about 10 minutes and disappeared. It wasn't even busy. We could see them just sitting there and finally the other server saw the whole table staring at them & he brought them over. Also, our server recommended the cheesecake saying it was really good. I would beg to differ. I love cheesecake and I wasn't really a fan of it. We got the cheesecake flight and the only one any of us remotely liked was the salted caramel. Stick with the pizza and beer. I will say the new place has a nice ambiance and the live music was great.

Pizza places are pretty much great no matter what. Thirsty Pagan though...20/10. Top tier. SO GOOD. The pizza was incredible-- yummy crust (very important) and they had some unique flavors which we always love trying. Definitely get their house ranch, it was some of the best I've had. And their beer selection was fantastic. Loved the atmosphere too! We went after a long day of outdoorsing and it hit the spot like I can't even describe. Go eat here!!

I always have an amazing experience. This is by far the best place for pizza and beer in the city. It's on the pricier side of local places, but it is worth every single penny. They are doing delivery with a 50 dollar minimum during this pandemic and it is fantastic. Try the "Hot to Trotsky" if it's on tap, it's a wonderful red rye ipa. If you are visiting the city or if you've just never gone, you have to go.
