Not entirely sure why they have so many rave reviews. Arrived in Maui and went straight there, based on online reviews. Judging by the menu, they only have one daily poke option (I was expecting at least 3-5, seeing as they’re a poke shop?). Spicy salmon was the only option. The salmon chunks were coarsely chopped and unfortunately had a strong ‘fishy’ taste (probably hard to get the freshest salmon out here). So overall, it was decent but far from amazing. I also got the spicy chicken sandwich which was amazing and good value. Large piece of chicken well spiced and great tasting! Would go back again just for the sandwich.

THE BROTH! The Tin Roof seems like a great gift. The food was very modestly priced and yet the quality was superb. While I was in Maui I tried almost everything on the menu. I'd say the chicken plate was my favorite and had a good portion to price ratio. Now we have to talk about that broth! Honestly I think whether or not you are eating at Tin Roof you should come by weekly and fill your fridge with their broth. It is truly wonderful and I would put it on everything! I should also mention the service is very quick. I learned to order ahead but even on a busy night and forgetting to call, the food came out very quickly.

Stopped for a quick lunch after we arrived in Maui. Took a minute to figure out what was going on with all the signs and ordering being our first time there. They were clearly busy and doing a great job of turning out orders quickly. Had the spicy poke and was not disappointed. Very tasty. Quick service. Reasonably priced. There are only a couple benches if you are looking to sit and they were, so we sat in the car. Definitely recommend for quick eats near the airport and costco.
