A friend and I were stopping at a local hotel while passing through the area and arrived about the time the restaurants in the area were shutting down. Having driven for 11 hour that day, we were wanting to sit down and enjoy a good meal. Though we arrived just 20 minutes before closing, we were greeted, seated and given our plates for the buffet. The food was still plentiful, they had a tremendous selection of both Italian and American dishes, salads and deserts, and it along with the service was truly great. I would highly recommend Valentino's to passing through the Nebraska City area. If you leave hungry, it won't be their fault.

I really enjoyed the well stocked salad bar. It was great. I also liked the boneless wings. Both flavors were very good. The lasagna and pizza were disappointing. They tasted institutional like school cafeteria food.

We were passing through the area, and skipped all the fast food joints in hopes of finding something with a personal touch. What a fabulous find! Reasonable price, exceptionally friendly and attentive staff, great food, everything at the right temperature and fresh. Probably the best buffet I've ever had. Thanks to all of you! We will always stop here, from now on.
