How do I put into words how amazing their steak is!? Easily the best steak I've ever had in my life! I asked for a medium rare on my 22oz bone in ribeye and they delivered. The edges through the middle were all perfectly cooked. Amazing sear on the outside. The crust of the steak almost had a little crunch from the kiss of the flames. If I could have a last meal before the end, it would be this place. The restaurant is also inside a very nice hotel. The interior feels quiet and is nicely decorated. The room centers on the Lombardi Trophy which is cool to see. Pictures of Vince decorate the walls. Warm lighting turned down gives you a hug as you eat. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. I just can't express enough how great this restaurant is. Please go there.

The visit here is one of the best experiences I have had. The waitress, Kimberly, was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided personal insight and recommendations on steaks, starters, sides, drinks and dessert. The New York Strip steak I had was juicy, tender, flavorful, mouthwatering, caramelized crust on the exterior and cooked to perfection are not enough adjectives to describe the burst of flavors in my mouth when I took the first bite of my steak. But then I took a fork full of the caramelized brussel sprouts and the nutty, smokey, crispy yet tender orbs of deliciousness exploded throughout my mouth. But let's not forget dessert, MIND BLOWING! The chocolate cake was moist, decadent and the portion was huge! I am sad that I did not take pictures of the meal to share with you all. Because we eat first with our eyes! And let me tell you my eyes did not warm me of the most AMAZING experience my mouth was going to have! I hope my words have done the food justice. We will definitely be returning at our next visit to Appleton, WI.

We were in Appleton to visit with family. Stopped for dinner here on our first night. The service was great. Our waitress Kimberly was great. She was very nice and helpful. Made recommendations about the menu items. The food was awesome. The Brussels sprouts were my fave! Must try if you are in town 😊
