I have had good meals in the past - Cubans, Fish n Chips, Grilled Cheese, so today was likely an outlier? Still, a disappointing visit. My waitress was pretty good, except she forgot my soup. How hard is that to remember? Soup should just be an immediate serve. Turn in the entrees, go get the soup. She might have been passively trying to save me from some overly salty chowder. The manager brought one to me for dessert. W an apology. But it really wasn’t worth the effort. I got pork tacos. TACOS. They were smothered in BBQ sauce. Had they been described as the sliders they were, I could have avoided… They were served on flour tortillas that were cold. So disappointing! The tortillas were the same temperature as the broccoli. Is it possible that the veggies were meant to be raw? I doubt it, and yet… I asked the waitress to take it back to steam it. She gladly did, but returned w it in under a minute. Obviously, it was microwaved, not steamed. It was still not cooked, but now much of the water was cooked out of it. Yuck!

Went for the first time on June 22nd and was thrilled. Recently discovered I have a gluten allergy and am constantly searching for restaurants that accommodate. This is the FIRST place I’ve been to with an extensive menu that accommodates, an awesome server (Ryan) who accommodates, and a kind manager (Dennis I believe) who not only brought my food but made sure to come back at the end of my meal and check if I enjoyed everything. As someone in the food industry also, I was beyond impressed. I am coming back soon that is for sure. 5 stars all the way!

We had a very disappointing visit. While our soup and sides were good, our main dishes not only took a significant amount of time to receive, but one was inaccurate and both contained very dry chicken. We left our plates pretty full as we opted not to eat most of what was put on our dishes. Additionally, it took a significant amount of time to be checked out, the manager said the computer system was not working properly. She said it took 17 tries to get it to work, but it had nothing to do with my card, in fact, she said her manager card would not work either. To sum up, it took a very long time to get food that was mediocre at best. Despite the unsatisfactory food and the amount of time everything took, the manager (while pleasant) never even apologized. Fortunately, we have visited this location one other time and the food and service were great. Now the question is...which visit is reflective of a typical meal at 110 Grill?
