We had reservations for 2 this past Tuesday. We made the reservations a day prior. When we arrived, the gentlemen at the bar said, "we are closed." We stated that we had reservations and had received a text hours before reminding us of our reservation. He said, "nope, only the back is opened so you can have burgers and beers tonight." He mentioned they were short staffed and walked away. We ended up leaving and had a great meal at Texas T-Bone. I understand that companies are short staffed right now but they could have called to let us know that the front wasn't open. Beer and burgers isn't that appealing when you want a nice dinner. The middle-aged guy was rude and acted as if our presence was annoying to him. Meanwhile, there were only two tables seated in the sports bar. Very disappointing when you want to celebrate with a nice meal!

Made a reservation for 730 p.m. and at 820 p.m. was still waiting for food. Got drinks almost 30 minutes after being seated and never offered refills. Not good customer service at all. Left after waiting an hour for food and our absence and departure was not even noticed!!!
