Travelling though Grand Island on Memorial Day (stopped to get gasoline) and I googled "restaurants near me". Texas T-Bone was open so we swung on by. It was a *little* understaffed so there was some waiting, but boy was the wait worth it. I got a 10 oz. New York Strip Steak on the lunch special with a sweet potato and garden salad. All for $15. This was the best steak I'd had in my entire life. Usually I have to trim something off. Nope. Not with this one, it was PERFECT! My Dad had the smoked brisket and couldn't finish it so I helped him and the brisket was the BOMB! Usually brisket is full of fatty chunks, but not this one! It actually consisted of meat! Their slogan "steaks done right" is fitting. I wish we had a Texas T-Bones in the Salt Lake City region, 'cause I'd definitely be back!

This place is awesome. The staff was great and respectful. The food was delicious and plentiful. Who wouldn't love an 18oz T-bone. It does get packed quick, so get there early.

I'm not a fan of places that add a $26 gratuity to the bill for a party of 4 adults, had I realized that up front I would have chosen a different establishment. Yes, I believe in tipping but I believe it's a choice to be made by the customer based on their dining experience. If you feel you can't pay your staff enough, raise the prices and pay them accordingly.
