I go with a group of friends almost every Friday night and the waitresses know us and give us great service and the chef's really aim to please. Love the changing specials but also have a favorite go to that is always on the menu. Was there this past Friday evening 3/25 with a large party. I called a head of time and told them to warm our favorite waitress Kate that we were coming in with more friends than usual that we would have up to 15 people. And she knew exactly who we were and what to expect. A fresh pot of coffee was brewing and the service was EXCELLENT. Thank you Kate!!

Had a long day and was New to the area. We decided on Applebee's because we knew the menu and love the one where we live. There was hardly anyone there, in the dining room or the bar. We had to wait for a clean table which is okay with us. We have a 4 month old with us and by the time we got our food that was sub par, and was trying to check out he was screaming because he was hungry. Which that said we were there almost 3 hours and there was no reason. I got up and walked out with my baby so the other patrons could eat in peace. No one even batted en eye when I left. Both of us could have walked out, but we are moral people and could not do that. This visit definitely explains why there is empty seats on the weekend (Saturday Night!) I know people are short staffed, but the employees did not look like they wanted to be there. I hope this review helps the management team get it together before the peak of tourist season.
