This pizza was incredible! We ordered a larger option and boy are we glad we had leftovers! Excellent cheese, sauce, and toppings ratio. Perfectly cooked. This is my favorite pizza place in all of the USA. Only place it is acceptable to put pineapple on pizza. Great view and good atmosphere. Friendly staff.

This is the 2nd time we stopped at Black Rock Pizza while on vacation at the big island. This restaurant does not disappoint! Great food, great service and excellent views! We ordered a personal sized BBQ chicken pizza and the pepperoni rolls, both were amazing and plenty of food for 2! Craft cocktails and local beers topped it off! I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for great pizza!

ADORE THIS SPOT. I am wildly obsessed with pizza. We came across this spot before it even opened and once it did, it has only gotten better each time. First, the staff is the most friendly, outgoing, hard working group Ive seen in captain cook. Second the restaurant is always so clean and they are BUSY so to keep it that clean means they care. Third the pizza is bomb and you can watch them make it right in front of you and Last but not least the drinks are epic. I didn’t know the owner upon our first visit but we have gotten to know her and she is behind the bar working her tail off (respect). They are always professional, super nice and patient even when people are screaming or incredibly rude. I feel like people have gotten less patient since after lockdown and this staff will never waiver in their kindness (I don’t know how she does it), but this place is a must stop. Bring family, or friends come for drinks and/or pizza and stay for Aloha!
