Came to eat at 7:00 pm on Tuesday night. Only meat available was the sweet pork. All the other containers had dried meat that looked like it had been there since lunch. The rice looked the same, beans weren’t bad. Asked for chicken and the young kid said it would be 45 minutes. All the employees where standing around talking, no forks, dirty tables, no soap in bathroom. Honestly probably the worst run place I’ve ever seen.

Love Cafe Rio but not here. Walked in and was told they were out of rice, black beans and mild sauce. At 1:00 on a Monday, I get it’s after lunch rush but aside from the meat what else am I suppose to put on a burrito. If they can’t keep the basic hand I’m not going to waste my time coming here.

I really wish our location could get it together, I’m aware of all the bad reviews but I gave it a chance since I’ve had great experiences at the Boise location. I ordered online and picked up. When I got home there was a long dark curly hair buried underneath the lettuce on my salad. Pretty gross.. I didn’t eat it
