Can’t count how many times this location has gotten our order wrong, either giving us the wrong items or mostly omitting items. When you call to let them know, they clearly couldn’t care less. So tired of it.

For how “expensive” Wendy’s is the service really is terrible. There is always something wrong with our order (missing or the complete wrong item). They are always rushing you through the drive through even when they aren’t busy. The girl handed us a chocolate milk vs. a jr frosty for a kids meal when we told her we didn’t want the chocolate milk she made us pay for the frosty. Not a big deal fine but your mess up cost is more money how?????

I don’t typically write reviews unless things were really bad or really good. This is really good whoever you had working the drive thru today just before 2:15p in Kuna was awesome. She went over and beyond and hit ever Custer service skill you could ask for. She had a cute welcoming greeting, showed willingness to help, patience, she positively described and recommended an item, she didn’t have fry sauce but immediately offered ketchup and Mayo and even included an extra little bowl to mix them together in on my bag. She did great! Whatever recognition process you have for employees she should be nominated you can’t ask for more then what she gave.
