Updated review. Used to be one of the best.... Sadly this restaurant has taken a turn for the worst. Last several times I have eaten here the food was luke warm and the take out took way longer than quoted to be ready. So many customers no masks or any safety measures being taken by employees. Sad to see one of the best on such a rapid decline in service and quality. I will not be back for at least 6 months.

Have always loved Fiesta Guadalajara. They've always had great food & great customer service. Haven't ever had an issue, and I've always had a great experience. 😁

Server/Manager was great. Food is mediocre. Atmosphere is family style, bright, music was loud, cash only on Sundays. Margaritas are tasty and huge but couldn’t taste any tequila.
