Then, the server graciously takes your order and delivers the best queso ever prepared. Top it off with margaritas of the tangiest tequila. Cowboy Monkey is a 10/10 experience.

I want to start off by saying I NEVER complain, but I need to share my experience. The general manager had a TERRIBLE attitude when I told him that I didn't care for my drink/asked for a refund. He proceeded to ask me what he did wrong, & when I tried to explain what was wrong with my drink he told me that he did everything exactly right & gave me a really hard time for asking for a refund. I understand that he's "not a barista", but I've worked in the service industry for 10 years & he did not handle the situation properly whatsoever. I go to Aroma about 3-4 times a week, & I order the same drink every time. I wouldn't have asked for a refund if it didn't taste the way it always does. My advice to the general manager: if a customer returns a product in full due to dislike, especially a LOYAL customer, don't give them a hard time just because they don't want to waste their money on something they're not going to consume.

Great outdoor ambiance, great service! Our waiter, Jay, was super friendly and fast, despite being busy. Amazing guac and chips. Margarita was really small and lacked much flavor, and The vegetarian burrito was only okay. Definitely would go back and try something different!
