Next to the Golden One where the Kings play, this place is great. The decor is nice, the ambience is superb, the service is always solid and the food and cocktails are above average. The steak is tender and nicely done to order. I wish the chef will complement it with something else other than chips but even those are good. What we ended up doing was to order a side of something else like Mac and Cheese which was very good. I like seating at the bar which could be busy during weekends and nights. The patio area seems popular at the moment. Thus, perhaps reservations may be necessary. Overall, really solid steak house and cocktail bar in Sac. Recommend to visit!

First of all I want to complement the staff and especial the floor manager/host. Not only was everone very welcoming, they were also very accommodating. They checked in periodically with us without feeling like the crowded the area and made sure everything was served in a timely manner. The food was also excellent and is still consistently worth the visit. Highly recommend for a nice night out.

It was good but also disappointing. Greeted and sat quickly, lots of initial attention, then ignored or forgotten for 20+ minutes. Finally had to flag someone down to take our order. Got the appetizers fairly quickly, then another long wait for the entrees. They comped some of the starters due to the wait which was nice. Food - burnt ends were good but not hot, salad was ok, have had better, mushroom soup good (might have needed more salt). Steaks - spectacular. Completely saved the meal. Both the rib eye and the skirt steak were tender, flavorful and excellent. 100% perfect. It wasn’t a busy night, so not sure the problems. I would probably go back, but not anytime soon.
