I would like to share my personal experience at this restaurant. I am in a wheelchair and I have a service dog. I barely got through the door and I was immediately rushed back outside of the restaurant to a table that wasn't even within the fenced outside area of the restaurant. I told the lady that was rushing me out the door by the way my dog is an actual service dog that has been trained by an actual organization not some foo foo pretend service dog. I felt degraded and embarrassed. A little while later this family with a dog were escorted through the restaurant to the outside seating area. That only infuriated me even more! I wish restaurants would properly train their employees on how to treat people with disabilities and actual service dogs. It's very very easy to tell a real service dog from the fakes because their vests have an actual organization name on them instead of just a blank service dog patch. The only highlights of this entire experience was we were fortunate enough to get an amazing gentlemen for a waiter. I wish I got his name so I could at least give him some accolades because he not only served us well he even brought a big bowl of water out to my dog. For me, I will not waste my time or my money on a restaurant that treats me like that m, there are plenty of other places that will treat me and my dog with dignity and respect.

Homegrown Tap & Dough is a cool spot for pizza and hanging out with friends in Olde Town. A friend and I recently visited for some pizza and it definitely exceeded our expectations! The menu is pretty streamlined, but you'll find the standard fare you'd expect from an upscale pizza joint, and the pizza options have a good amount of diversity as well as some interesting combinations! I had the Pigs & Pears, and my friend had the Spicy Italian Sausage, and we both found that we like'd the other's better! The restaurant itself is pretty quick with the service, and we were seated quickly (albeit it was a Thursday night). There's a good amount of indoor seating and some good outdoor seating as well -- definitely would recommend stopping by when Olde Town has a performer outside. As with any area in Olde Town, just be aware that parking will likely be a major hassle, especially on a busy day. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Homegrown Tap & Dough!

I love this place, has a very laid back vibe always has a great beer and cider selection. And just a great area to go grab some drinks with some friends and have some good food. If you're in the area definitely worth a visit. Five stars!
