Been wanting to try their wings for a while. They were decent. I had the hottest sauce they sell. It was not as hot for me than maybe for others but that's just my taste. Fries were fresh. Service was good. The dining room is pretty large. Plenty of seating available. I ate here on 11.9.21

I had mild wings and lemon pepper wings. Mild wings had a good flavor, but, in my opinion, the lemon pepper was coated a little too strong with the flavor. I love lemon pepper wings, just not that strong. Overall, my visit was great. Not going to deter me from going back. I will just ask for light lemon pepper on them 😋 Roll Tide!

First time customers and VERY satisfied!! We were seated and had our appetizers and main courses in under 30 minutes. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. Our waitress Hannah was very attentive and kept our drinks filled and checked on us regularly. Can't wait to come back! Thanks for an awesome first experience! Great job Jefferson's crew!

Order wings in turbo sauce with an extra cup of turbo on the side the gave me wings with no sauce on them at all. Still charged me for the extra sauce. When I called them they told me all they could do was have me drive back and they would give me some sauce to put on the wings. The wings that would have been cooked for over an hour that that point. I let them know that was not very practical with the food being out that long. Said theirs nothing they could do then. Food found a home in the trash can. Will recommend no to go to this establishment or any of these fanchises.
Edit 11-05-2021 was asked to reach out via email. Still haven’t received any response. Just wanted assurances that problem had been addressed and resolved.

Food was delicious. Service was courteous and friendly if a bit slow. However, we were having great conversation at the table and barely noticed. Wings were some of the best I've had. I'd say just go expecting to wait for food. You'll be fine. It's worth it!
