Excellent little gem of a restaurant! We flew to Orlando to attend an event nearby. The online reviews looked good so decided to give Maxine’s a try. We were not disappointed! The ambiance, the service and the food were terrific. Husband and wife own the place, “Mr. Maxine” came to our table and greeted us and had a nice chat. I would highly recommend Maxine’s on Shine to family, friends and strangers!

We visited on December 24th, 2021 Christmas Eve for brunch. This little place lovingly haunts me in my dreams. The fried green tomatoes and crab cakes request my presence. They have the best Bloody Mary's I've had yet. The service is insanely pleasant and the atmosphere is so warm. Mr. Maxine has such a great spirit. Our experience specialist was amazing. Will definitely make this a regular spot. This is the best kept secret in Orlando thus far! Also.... Jess is a fabulous experience expert.!

This place is by far the top notch brunch place of Orlando. Maxine was at the front to greet us and was super genuine. We decided to sit at the bar where we met her husband Kirt. He was super personable and gave us the run down on drinks and food. I ordered the Fried green tomato Benedict while by boyfriend ordered the lobster omelette. We both turned to each other in awe on how amazing the food is. The environment itself was just cozy and fun. I would recommend this place over and over for a good brunch!
