Love love love this place! Staff: accepting and very friendly. Sometime you just need to say take your time to them because you can tell when they are frustrated. Food: is very excellent. The food is very southern and the brunch is one of the best in Orlando. Service: it’s a little bit longer then most places but it’s definitely the wait. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to try this place. ***Unlimited Mimosas are the best here***

First time here and Wow food was great. The server Marcy was very good and knew the menu. She went out of her way to meet all our requests as having some allergies to certain spices. The Chef was also very knowledgeable in food preparation. You could tell by the presentation and taste this was a real chef. The manager Michael came to our table to check on us and he was really pleasant. He knew his food and he was friendly to everyone in the restaurant. We have a Motorhome and travel all around America and eat at the best restaurants and this was on the top of the list

Well I was invited to brunch by a individual who visited the weekend prior and had so many wonderful things to say about Soco.. that is until we arrived for Brunch again 03/28/21. We decided to sit outside because it was a beautiful day but the sun was bright. We seen a hostess and asked her is she could move us out of the sun or if she could move the outside umbrella over to block the brightness.. Basically she said No and I was forced to drag a super heavy umbrella post over to accommodate me and my guest. Not to mention the hostess just stood there and watched me struggle. So we continued to “attempt” to enjoy our brunch . Then we were visited by another hostess who asked us can she use our extra chair( that our purses and bouquets of flowers were sitting on ) to use for another party (who had not arrived yet) and there were visibly additional chairs for her to use. It’s Sunday We understand that it may take a little time for a food to come out no biggie we’ve got mimosas but our waitress Jerry did not communicate anything to us. Honestly I personally felt she was uninterested in waiting our table. We even got the manager involved and he showed absolutely no empathy or concern.. as I elaborated on my experience and told him that at this point I don’t even feel like the food is SAFE to eat based off the way I have been treated. He quickly shut me down and told me he will pay for the drinks .. but I honestly came with more than enough money to pay for my items and I felt like him offering to pay for something was only a Cop out for him to avoid taking responsibility.. I had such a horrible experience at Soco and I hope my review will get someone’s attention so that a CUSTOMER SERVICE class can be a requirement for all employees including management!!!
