They rarely screw up but I usually order just a coffee through the app. It's rarely a quick stop through the drive-thru if there are 2 cars there, forget it if there's already 3 or more.... you're waiting 20 minutes for a coffee. I've asked for cream on the side a few times as I don't put more than 1/4-1/2 of a tiny cream in my coffee. This simple request sends them into a confusion loop of not knowing what to do. They usually figure it out and have not messed up yet. Godspeed to anyone who orders a.sandwich with modifications to it.
