Had to come back and edit my originally 4 star review for my horrible night at this place. Unfortunately the shortages have affected them and made them not have a lot of what we came for. That being said the service was horrible, our service came back 1 time to take our order and we never saw him again. Had to track down the host to get us silverware for our appetizer that took 40 minutes. All we ordered for a entree was 5 boneless wings, because they were out of almost everything. After another 30 minutes our wings finally come out from another server who happen to see how long we were waiting and wanted to help. We ate and waited another 20-30 minutes and still no check after asking for it. We finally decided to look at the menu and figure out the price of our items and leave cash on the table and go. We left $30 on a $21 bill. As we left we were told to have a good night by the host but as we were walking to our car a different server yelled at us to pay the bill. Accusing us of not paying , when we said the money was on the table the girl swiftly went back inside and didn’t say another word to us. Called the manger and he is apparently refunding our money, while the manger refunding us is a start , it won’t take back the horrible dinner

A very convenient location in a great spot. Unfortunately, the hostess had a hickey on her neck and when I asked for a high chair, she directed me to an employee area in the back where I could get it myself with a demeanor that didn’t make it seem like she wanted to be there. As I proceeded to do so, she was texting on her phone. Our server was really nice and personable. The food was solid as well! We don’t go out as much anymore for this reason. Who wants to spend $90 to be given an attitude when you’re the customer?

My family went tonight. Food took a half half hour to get it- oh but that’s not it. Took 10 minutes to get Togo boxes AND we ordered a salad Togo when ordering dinner. My dad had to step into the kitchen and ask for a freaking manager. The waitress didn’t “hand” it to him, she stiffly gave it to him with an attitude 30 minutes later. No apology. No nothing. That server is lucky I didn’t go off on her. I’ve been a server for 5 years and you do NOT act like that. She’s LUCKY I don’t remember her name and that we tipped. My dad was very generous. Worst service EVER. FIX IT OLD CHICAGO
