Their gluten free pizza was not only the best gluten free pizza I've ever had, it was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I really wish they had one in OKC as I would frequent them if at all possible. Loved it! Thank you to a great start to our vacation! Oh and the service was amazing.

Before going, be aware: The menu has significantly changed. The great creative and locally sourced items are now gone. Aside from the experience inside the building, this is a very different restaurant. I highly recommend looking online at their current menu prior to going if it has been a while. Attached are photos of some of the old menu.

Second time at the Public. Each time the food tasted delicious. This time our waiter went out of his way to make our whole experience fun. He asked what I wanted to drink and I was honest — a diet cherry limeade. He made me one! His version tasted great. So good I had two. I also ordered the special vegetables for my entrée — green beans, black beans, and roasted carrots. Again, yummy. All four of us enjoyed our food. Next time I will try their Barbecue as my son raved about his pulled pork sandwich. I had their signature burger the last time. The other thing that I like about the Public, is the hybrid of restaurant and bar. Very comfortable atmosphere to talk with family and friends — there were four of us for a family dinner. I recommend the Public — and will be returning soon for another great meal.
