To The Point 2020
One of my favorite local places to get a fast lunch or dinner and shoot some pool. Good selection of appetizers, burgers and sandwiches up to full dinners. 2021: Chris and Co. have updated their menu since my original review and I am genuinely impressed with how they've stepped up their game---> 👍💯 They now have some offerings for gluten free diets, and increased the diversity & quality of their salads. Yes, it's a bit more $$$ than the average pub grip, but if you leave hungry it's your own fault. $10 burger and brew specials happen often, good place to go to avoid the overly touristy downtown area. Family friendly. Competitive trivia nights, all new 7' Diamond pool tables (one 9') with real Simonis cloth and Cyclops balls, electronic darts and Golden tee golf, both with online scoring-and of course plenty of televisions for the sports fans. League nights happen at least twice a week with all but 2 or 3 tables being fully booked between 6-10:30pm and weekend tournaments which use every pool table are frequent so calling ahead of time will save you from disappointment. They have both hourly and coin-op tables. My only gripe is the lack of a full bar (they offer only beer, seltzers, ciders and wine for those who are so inclined).

We called in a to go order on 4-23-22. We ordered fish and chips, onion rings and a Rueben. We were told our order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. We arrived in 20 minutes. When we walked in we headed to the counter. We stood at the counter in front of where the waitress was. She looked right at us and didn’t even acknowledge that we were there. Instead she looked at another waitress and chatted for at least 2 minutes. Knowing full well that we were standing there. She finally acknowledged us and we told her we were picking up food. She brought our to go containers. We asked if we could get an itemized receipt and she acted like we sinned. She said NO she couldn’t give us one. But then the other waitress said oh we can do that. The first waitress was completely rude and had no customer service ability. Then we got the food home and the onion rings were cooked in week old oil and tasted like fish. They had so much oil on them that they were completely soggy. The fish and chips had only 3 small fish pieces and was dry as cotton. The meet on the Reuben looked and tasted like leather. All and all we should have stayed home and ate beans.
