The staff was friendly, outgoing, polite, accommodating and efficient. My order was filled promptly and accurately. The burgers were hot and fresh and the ctinkle-cut fries were crisp, not greasy, hot and not overly salted. Quality was a cut above the typical chain fast food fare, and served nearly as quickly. The dine-in seating area was clean, uncluttered and not cramped, offering generous amounts of space for booths and tables and chairs. I removed one star due to restrooms needing repairs and more frequent cleaning. Overall the food is fine, the pricing a bit high for basic fast food. For the same dollars you can get full service sit-down service at many locally owned restaurants. For fast food burger &fries genre, I choose Zips, supporting a locally owned chain of restaurants, rather than national corporate type establishments.

Good food, definitely make sure the cashier hears and does on your receipt whether your sandwiches hot or cold. I ordered a hot one and received a cold one.
