The pizza is good for sure! However, it is painfully slow. I've called in and ordered online several times and the estimate they give me is usually 20-30 minutes too early. Lots of waiting in the lobby with lots of other people who were told their order would be ready earlier.

Just drove by at 8:17pm and the lights were off, but I could see employees inside. Online it says they close at 9pm. My husband called and a young guy answered the phone without any greeting and sounded super annoyed. No hi or hello. No reference to Papa Murphy's. He just snapped "We're closed". This all took place by 8:20pm. Either the online hours are wrong or they should have still been open. Either way the employee was rude and unprofessional. I can't trust someone like that to professionally make my food without safety and health concerns. I will no longer get pizza from here. Check my reviews... I rarely leave bad reviews. I'm not that person. This is so bad though and so unprofessional. Covid is not an excuse. Covid doesn't cause a lack of professionalism or make your employees rude. A family of 7 can order quite a bit of pizza over time. Your loss. I'll take my business where it's appreciated.

Everyone was friendly even with the technical issues they had. Logan was polite and attentive. He apologized for the delay and thanked me for my patience. They made sure to get my order correct as I requested a substitution on the Chicken Garlic.
