Some amazing food served in new ways. The chef is doing a great service in the culinary world by bringing new dishes and tastes to the Omaha market. I am not sure why it is called the Railcar as its decor does not have any real train theme, but the food works. It is adventurous and modern cuisine. If you are someone who likes things the same way every time and just the old standards, then this is not for you. If you want to try very good-excellent modern fare then step right in.

We’d heard about this place and decided to try it out Saturday for brunch. Didn’t realize you needed a reservation. They got us in after about a 30 minute wait. No big deal. Hung out in car until they called. Service was great and the food was amazing. If I was rating off those two I’d have given them 5 stars. I gave it a three for experience. The tables are very close together and it was very loud. We were intimately involved in the conversations at the tables on both sides of us. One because we were practically sitting together and two because folks had to almost yell to talk to each other. I found it hard to have a conversation with my wife over those tables and the rest of the restaurant. She said it was like eating breakfast at a bar on a Friday night. And she was spot on. Not what we were looking for at breakfast. If that’s your scene you’ll love it.

good place the dinners were mostly amazing one pasta came out a bit bland but the drinks and desserts made up for that... we got steak medallions awesome, roasted chicken was lightly spicy and smoky, there were great ribs... we were quite happy my companions stated this was the 1st time that anything wasn't perfect... and it was more an expectation that wasn't met please go here and get the quirky waitress who was soooo great
