I had to update my review… I did not want a good steak; I wanted a great steak…and Sullivan’s delivered! After checking with the hotel, Sullivan’s was recommended. Upon arrival, I was seated and then the magic began! The location was immaculate, and the lighting was perfect. The server came immediately and took care of everything. The dinner was superb and service excellent. I never wanted for anything. I had the Kansas City steak medium rare...perfect! If you are visiting Omaha and looking for fine dining to entertain clients or as a self-treat, this is the place! Truly, one of the best steak houses in America! Amazing food and service.

French onion soup was fantastic. Delmonico steak sandwich entree and prime rib sliders entree were AWEFUL! Tasted like OLD MEAT! Very nasty and could not finish either entree. Very disappointed in this restaurant. For a $20 entree, more was expected. For a restaurant like this, much more was expected. And the icing on the cake -- we didn't expect any discount, just paid the bill, told them of the "off tasting beef" and later realized we were charged full price for the soup, not the add on price! So we basically had $30 and $24 bowls of soup!

Food was phenomimal! One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Great atmosphere, clean and great service. Celeste was our server and was very friendly, efficient and had a great personality. Would definitely go again when visiting in the future.
