My favorite lunch place with friends. The food is excellent, the service is great, and the menu is always changing which keeps it interesting. The bar that you enter from the street, is pure Irish pub, but the adjacent dining room serves outstanding American and international cuisine with an emphasis on seafood. If you go on a Friday in the summer, try the lobster roll, and save a piece of raspberry pie for me. UPDATE: After being closed for some time during the pandemic, Riley's is now open for dinner starting at 4:00 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturday. Reservations suggested for this popular spot.

Riley’s is Excellent. I have been coming here for over 30 years. The wait staff are professional and adults. As are the chefs The food is as good as it gets in Syracuse. Wonderful place to come with friends!!!! Always great Coconut Cream Pie is absolutely divine❤️

In my honest opinion. Best lunch in Syracuse. My wife and I use to work downtown and go here as much as we could. Hand written menu and food is fantastic.
