Awesome service! Kenny was our server and he was on time, polite and just overall a great server. We went for my birthday and they had cute confetti on the table with a card signed by the staff, Kenny went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He brought me a delightful creme Brule even though I was full,he said "you can't have a birthday without a candle". Super sweet of him. Had a mishap with my steak but it was fixed and tasted even better the second time. Everything was delicious, but the service was superb!

We recently went to Ruth's Chris Steak House, Jacksonville for a business dinner. What an amazing experience. Obviously, the food is amazing which we expected. However, special kudos goes to Kenny, our waiter. Personable, professional, knowledgeable. We had some in our party that where new to dinning at Ruth's Chris and he went over why this would be a memorable experience. I'm a Manager at an auto dealership and I actually used our experience there as the basis for one of the training meeting I have with my sales staff. I will definitely be back with my wife. We will ask for Kenny!!!

We went for valentine's day on 2/13/21. Rick, our server was absolutely amazing. Rick made great recommendations with the starters we had which were veal ravioli and crab stuffed mushrooms. We had such a wonderful experience and i really really wanted to give 5 stars but the steak i ordered could definitely have been trimmed better. It was the tomahawk ribeye for 2. It was great in flavor but had a lot of fat and some gristle on it. I like some fat, in fact more than most people i know but this was even a bit too much for me. Everything else was up to par for us.
