We ordered 2 burgers to go and both of them came out completely raw I ate the outer edges as they were cooked, but i felt as if i would be sick if i ate the center. It looked like they pretty much grilled the outside and put it on a bun. Based on this experience I would rate them a 1 star, but we’ve eaten here many times over the years and haven’t had an experience like this, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and leave a 3 star.

My wife and I had dinner here, it is kind of hidden and during our trip to Maui in Dec , 2019, we passed by it many times, we were under the impression that it was a place for a luau. So when we showed up for our reservation, we were impressed by not only the food (prime rib for me, fish for my wife), service but we were very impressed with the view as we had a table on the patio. Let me just put it like this, we were able to see the whales when they breached and were able to watch a great sunset (I know this is oxymoronic as aren't all sunsets great on Maui?). We highly recommend eating at the Sea House at least once during your visit to Maui.

Be aware you can’t order their happy hour specials unless you eat in the restaurant. Also you must present your ID & vaccination card. Not the safe travels certificate or an online website from your state. Also you must have footwear. Not clothing… just footwear and a mask. Good luck.
