Delicious food! This place is a really neat gem with a tiny seasonal menu. Definitely make reservations, and be on time. The dishes were all exquisitely prepared, with incredibly fresh ingredients. The creme brulee was absolutely the best ever I have had-- so extremely tender and erupting with flavor. For myself, I would however have enjoyed just the tiniest bit more simplicity in the dishes. That is to say, I think it would have made better dishes if the chef had stopped one garnish or ingredient earlier, but certainly don't let this discourage you at all from dining here. Great intimate date night choice. Not really a family dining spot, given the limited menu.

One of the best meals I have ever had!!!! To start off the staff was very welcoming and accommodating, the whole atmosphere was so calm and homey. I loved how they used an old train car and transformed it into a quaint restaurant. It was amazing to be able to watch the chef’s cook and put together these extraordinary dishes. When the food came out, the presentations were exquisite! The taste was beyond delicious! Every dish from appetizer to entree, to desert was cooked to perfection! They also use all ingredients from all locals in the area, which is very supportive! At the end we were able to shake hands with the chef and thank him for the amazing meal! Everything about the whole experience was so personable and divine! Very hard to find places like this especially with such good food! I will definitely be back next time I am up in Vermont. Highly Highly Recommend!

There is simply not another restaurant of this caliber in the region. Fresh, local ingredients masterfully handled. Not pretentious, but artfully crafted by those with the utmost respect for food.
