Just 20 minutes ago I purchased 6 crunchy tacos and 2 burrito supremes. The original drive through server got the request for extra sauce wrong and was not trying to meet my request for extra sauce. She gave me one sauce per item. 8 taco sauces total. The manager should be rewarded. She stepped in and gave me extra sauce. She made sure my request was met. Great job to the drive through management. Great save. Taco Bell is a great fast food option for those who just want to elevate hunger quickly. Testy servers make it easy to just pick another place to get something. Still going to recommend the Nederland store because of the management.

Just went through the drive thru and I told the boy working the window to please make sure there was chipotle sauce in the burrito because they didn’t put any on it the last time. I get home and there is no sauce on it so I called the store and one of the girls answered the phone and told me she put sauce on the burrito very rudely. Very horrible customer service!

I worked at TB for almost 2 year and understand the struggle completely when it comes to rush and getting orders correct. However, I do not appreciate being lied to in order for an employee to cover themself. I had a pickup order today and went through the drive thru. Everything was excellent up until I got my food. I immediately knew the food wasn’t mine when I pulled out, so I came inside, with my paper mobile order receipt, and asked to have a remake on my order. The cashier that spoke to me told me that someone had came and picked up my order, which was me- as I had the receipt in hand. After an hour cumulatively waiting in the drive thru and then in the store, I got my remake. Order was prepared wrong. Genuinely seems like management just poorly trained them, because everyone in the staff was spread thin.
