I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning. They served me hash browns that tasted like they were fried in old grease. Been puking all morning. Thanks Whataburger, I’ll never return!

Love their food! Ordered a pattymelt and they forgot the bacon but they handled the situation correctly.. good service 👍

Only positive I can say is the food was good. The customer service wasn't on par. The times I ordered were completely wrong when standing at the front counter to ask for my correct order I was overlooked several times by the employees. The food took too long to come out. I had a second party with me and even though we ordered within minutes of each other when I finally got my food the second party had to wait pretty much until I was completely done with my food for them to get theirs.
