A very nice little restaurant situated in a 19th century bank building in downtown Bakersfield. The high ceiling, open brick interior looks cool. I've had the pastrami burger both times I've been and it is excellent. Their fries are awesome and the side is huge. Definitely enough for two people. I don't eat salad but the wife, kids and friends say they're great as well. They have regular and specialty milk shakes that are also great. They have a bar where you can sit and and eat but I've not had a drink while there so I can't vouch for that part. The service is prompt and the staff very friendly. It's a little pricey, but what isn't these days! We'll be back!

What a treat! Absolute perfection! Made the decision to attempt an early dinner downtown Bakersfield. Hit the jackpot. I happen to be somewhat of a particular foodie. Cannot come up with even one minor fault of this grand, quaint, cuteness of an establishment. Well put together, staff was great, atmosphere was nice, food was remarkable! The caramelized brussels were heavenly! Definitely will be returning.

At 18hundred we were welcomed from the moment we stepped in. We got a lovely booth for four. The decor and vibe is modern yet homey. Our meals were excellent as well as my cocktail which was called "The Rainbow". After our meal we ordered a huge milkshake called the "Salty Sailor". It was appealing to eye and by far the most amazing tasting milkshake. Google only allows a max of 5 stars, but I would give it 18hundred!
