The Attic has really made a great name for itself in Long Beach by creating delicious food for everyone. We recently attended a birthday event in their outside patio and it was great. They served us savory appetizers and main entrees. The drinks/wine were flowing and everyone had a great time. The food here is so good that you will make it a regular spot for yourself. Enjoy!

I HOPE THEY SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! ... Selfishly, so that I could afford to hire their staff to cook every meal, just for me! Dependably delicious food. App: the best delicately crispy octopus I've enjoyed since Dubrovnik. Not rubbery at all. Main course: Entire half chicken, carved to leave you just what you want. Exquisitely describe by our server. As promised by our helpful and quite courteous server, Alexis: It is certainly worth waiting for. Juicy inside perfectly prepared chicken, crispy outside. The homemade cornbread and an iron skillet it was quite tasty. It was worth a spike in glucose levels. Safe, neighborhood vibe. Even the next to us was perfectly friendly. Parking in the back and street.

This used to be one of my favorite happy hour spots. Around covid they changed the menu a lot including happy hour. Definitely took it a bit more upscale. They also took some of the hot cheese Mac and cheese options off the regular menu and it's now listed as a side, not as an appetizer. I'm sure their new menu is good, but I don't go much anymore since I saw it more as a happy hour spot. The wait can also be pretty long. Especially on weekends.
