This restaurant is a bit of a mixed bag. The setting on the river is really nice. You can view the river and there is a nice breeze to cool things off. You can sit inside or outside depending on your preferences. Even inside seating has a nice view. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick. The food was just average. We had the shrimp basket, a burger, and the brie plate. The brie plate was the best of the three.

The food is always good here. The servers are attentive and the view is simply beautiful. The Marina is just one the best dining experiences in western New England and home to some of the best food in Brattleboro. I usually go for one of their fish dishes and have never been disappointed. Their burgers are great too. Their vegetarian dishes look very appealing to this meat-eater. My vegetarian friends love eating here.

Great food and good staff.
Recently changed their policy about dogs on the patio. Hopefully they will reconsider allowing dogs on the patio in the near future. It makes it much less attractive to us to not be able to bring our entire family to enjoy this great place.

The Marina Has a great atmosphere, helpful and kind staff, smily servers and front of house. I am happy to be a part of the team here..We get the food moving with deftness and thought, and The West River Marina is definitely a spot well worth stopping it if you're s local, passing through, boating for the summers or anything. We've got 5-6 different kinds of burgers, steaks, seafood, pasta dishes, and beautiful heaping salads. I personally like the Strawberry, Spinach salad. Thank You
