What an awesome spicy noodle soup bowl. Fresh and fast. The pot stickers were also delicious. Definitely be back.

Easily the best Sushi in Auburn with a lot of other amazing dishes as well. I was a customer of Chef Daniel when he had a restaurant in Clearwater, Florida. When I walked into Umami I couldn't believe I had found him again! To have such a top level chef in Auburn is a real treat. I remember his Clearwater restaurant was always so cool because you would often see celebrities eating there. I saw Hulk Hogan there multiple times, and it was usual to see other celebrities dining there. Umami has great staff, amazing food and a world class chef. Definitely eat here. You will enjoy it.

The service and quality was outstanding!! The staff and chef were so kind to me and my family, especially chef Daniel! We sat near the bar area and we ordered the tuna salad and it was to die for!! 10/10 would recommend
