We had a fantastic experience at Volare this afternoon! We stopped in around 3 PM for a late lunch / early dinner. We were promptly and courteously greeted and seated. We had 2 of the day's specials, the salmon and the pork chops, and both were amazing. Our server Salvator was PHENOMENAL - knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly attentive. Management checked on us twice to ensure we were having a good experience. We had already had a long day by the time we arrived there, having driven in from Madison, being caught in a pretty good storm, and driving around looking for parking and lunch without a reservation after our suit fitting appointment. What a happy relief to have found this gem before making the return trip north!

Beyond Amazing. Eat here only if you want exceptional food, impeccable service and unrecoverable dessert. If I could rate this place a 20 that wouldn’t be enough. The owner Benny is beyond exceptional. The food exceeds the smallest expectation. If you don’t eat here, you are missing out and I would gladly take your table. My only regret is to that this hidden gem becomes a new level of famous. It is bound to happen and I will follow them wherever they will go. Enjoy everything about this treasure and tell everyone you know.

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. We went on a Friday night without reservations, but ordered drinks at the bar and were immediately seated afterwards. The food was delicious, but the service was what really stood out. Our servers name was Madrid and he made us feel like VIP guests. He took time to explain the menu and offer suggestions, and was extremely attentive and personable, and we saw him interact with every table in his section the same way. He really went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend checking out this restaurant!
