This place was excellent! I went with my father and my son on a Saturday for lunch. I got the chicken fried chicken with sweet potato casserole, black-eyed peas, and mac-n-cheese. It was all delicious. The coffee is great there, they get their beans from a local roaster. Our server, Ben, was very nice and fun to interact with. He was knowledgeable of the menu and treated us as valued customers.

Walton's serves upscale versions of traditional home cooking in a very nice atmosphere. Dishes include chicken and dressing, pot roast, chicken and dumpling plus lots more, plus several side dishes and desserts. They've recently added breakfast that looks worth a morning visit soon! The wait staff is quite good.

Clean place. Service was slow but reasonable. Food was good all except the chickens it was too hard for me but everything else was good. Love the mac & cheese.
