My family of four enjoyed our dinning experience at A &J's Kitchen. My wife and youngest son enjoyed a PHO bowl (huge portion), while my oldest devoured the pork rolls. I enjoyed a more traditional Hawaiian meal of smoked pork (outstanding). The food is amazing, but more importantly the owners (husband and wife/cook) made us feel welcomed and typified the island hospitality. Both rook time to talk about the local area and "must see" stops on the big island. P.S. Don't forget to order the banana bread!

The new A & J's Kitchen has the BEST food and service. My family and I came in and we ordered four different items. I sampled every plate...each item was delicious, and a lot of food for the price. Will definitely be coming back for the friendly service and best tasting food!

Me and my wife came here in Pahoa on vacation. This is the best Vietnamese food we had in States. Both A&J are amazing host and excellent cook. If you are in town do try their food.
