The food is amazing! The ribs are a must! I can eat, a lot, and yet I had to save the ribs for later and couldn't finish them all in one sitting. For ribs you got to come early because they usually sell out quick. Get there at opening at 11am every Friday. Their whole menu is great but my favorites are the ribs and the shredded pork over a potato. Go down and try this BBQ place out! You won't regret it.

We got to enjoy this food truck last Friday for the first time. They opened at 11am and were out of ribs by 11:10am! We got the last plate of ribs and knew we had to figure out how to get more the next week. In the meantime the pulled pork sandwiches and smokey dogs were great!! All of the sides and the Cobbler were tasty too. They even offered a Gluten Free Cobbler! We learned that in order to get ribs the following Friday we could Pre-order them, which is exactly what we did. Looking forward to lunch Friday and for the next time we return to Pahoa to enjoy some Authentic BBQ.

I had the pleasure of meeting these awesome people today! I don’t even normally eat meat, but everything I tried was really good! Even the sides and I have never liked baked beans before 🤤 Must try on Fridays Across the street from Nicoco in Pahoa!
