BEST MEXICAN IN HAWAII! I can't recommend this place enough! We moved to Hawaii after spending 4 months in Mexico and Central America, and have spent the last 5 years stopping at food trucks and restaurants on different islands trying to find authentic flavors.... I've been disappointed every time until finding Pancho's food truck! They have a huge selection, the portions are super filling and low cost...but the flavor...the flavor is what keeps me coming back! I'm a fiend for spicy food, and they always doctor up my food to make me cry spicy tears of joy. They go out of their way to accommodate your wishes, and I just can't recommend this place highly enough! In Mexico, the restaurants usually have pickled onions and peppers, and a bunch of different sauces to try, and it's super rare to find that in the US- Pancho's has the pickled onions, and gives at least 1, sometimes 4 little containers of different things with each menu (like guac and sour cream, or hot sauces). I'd also like to say I don't normally go out of my way to leave extensive reviews, so uh...yeah, I love this place, and I love the family that runs it! Thanks for all your hard work ♥️🙏🥰

My husband and I absolutely love Panchos Tacos! We have tried quite a few items on the menu and everything was always super flavorful and delicious. We have decided to make Panchos a weekly thing, it's worth it! It's the best of both worlds, Tacos and supporting local.
