Tasty! You could really taste the ingredients they listed out in their dishes. Lots of flavor. Our service was slow, but I was thankful they squeezed us in without a reservation. The hostess was a gem.

Alavita is one of the best restaurants in the entire state of Idaho. Amazing food. The ambiance is also fantastic. I take everyone here and frequent it often. I highly recommend this establishment!

Out of all of the food service places that I have worked in the last 20 years, this restaurant is one in a million. I have never worked anywhere that the owners come in an personally meet everyone at their orientation. Not only is it a great work environment to be in, it is a great place to be to expand your knowledge and talents for the love of food. You can tell when places are ran well, when it reflects in the happiness of the employees and the great quality of food that is being made.
