New Year's dinner date! Had the yummiest drinks and food. Best meal in awhile. If you can't make it to the Owyhee, then go to the Owyhee. The waitress actually recommended the top sirloin over the rib eye for my man. He was impressed and rib eye is his favorite. Not a bad price either. Had to let go of reservations at Chandler's because we couldn't make it on time. We didn't get to go into the restaurant, but the bar was just fine. Maybe next time!

Fairly well blown away at the quality of our meal tonight at Owyhee Tavern.. Don’t be fooled by the word “tavern” at least not in the American sense. This could be the best food in Boise. To think we ended up here because we couldn’t get reservations at 2 or 3 others most consider the be the best of Boise. So glad we ended up here. Wow! Party of 3, all meals winners. Caesar salad best I’ve ever had.
