Always a great experience here. The staff are really attentive. It's a quality old school Steakhouse without a stuffy feeling. There's a bar you can wait at until your table is ready. You can grill your own steaks on the massive grills, but I always leave it to the pros, they always get it right. The salad bar is delicious! It's a favorite place for birthdays. Every time I'm in Peoria, I make sure to eat at Alexander's.

Had a GREAT experience! Was seated next to the steak cooler and the back grill so got to see all the action. I am a grill aficionado and had thought I would cook my own so I was absolutely enthralled with the process. To be able to sit and watch as the 2 chefs efficiently handled 5-10 pieces of meat each at one time was awesome. I had several great chats with Chef Steven about his experience and how he handles rare, medium and well requests. He was very accommodating of my questions. I had the 16 oz rib-eye. I let the chefs cook it and it was excellent. The salad bar was extensive and reminded me of a great place our family used to go in NW Iowa. One of the owners found out it was my first time there and stopped by to talk for a while. Kathy was our wait staff and she was great. All in all a great experience. My only question is when will you open in Omaha?! Thanks again!

First time here. Really enjoyed it. Food very good. Salad bar decent. Steak cooked to perfection. My opinion is a little overpriced for what you get, but will probably go back. Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. Very clean.
