Was in town for a work trip and this was recommended by the very helpful front desk employee at the hotel where I was staying. Let me just say… she did well! Thyme was a great place for a late dinner; barkeep was helpful with food recommendation and beer menu. I really like their beer flight and pour options, everything from a flight/sample to a pint, and the appropriate glass for each style. I enjoyed the rustic yet modern sides, and the “lacquered” salmon was a bit salty but overall good, and cooked well. Overall a very enjoyable place.

UPDATE: originally rated 3 stars, bumping it up to 4.5 My first visit back in 2019 I was thoroughly disappointed in the burger I got. The burger at their sister restaurant, Industry Brewing Company, was twice as good. Which is why I was so shocked! My wife’s food was delicious though. And their alcohol selection is immense! So many options! Prices were fair and reasonable for the atmosphere and service. Just so disappointed in my burger... The second and third visits in 2020 were much more enjoyable. Their apps are great! The Brussels sprouts are INCREDIBLE!! Their deserts are great too!
