Went it on a Saturday not realizing how busy it would be. There was a line out the door to get in because the place hadn’t opened up. I almost left because I didn’t want to be “those people” and deal with bad service because it was so busy at opening. The service was GREAT and FRIENDLY. They were speedy and checked on us despite being so busy! Food came out fresh, hot, and fast! It was delicious! The bbq was extremely flavorful.

So. First things first. I’m from Dallas and obviously eat smoked everything. I’ve eaten barbecue all over America, and this place just pushed a bunch of places down on my list of faves. This joint hit the spot - you must must must must must try the pork belly sandwich. Holy Jesus, I’m still tasting the pork filled fun this was to devour. Don’t pass this place up… We had to share half a slab of ribs because at about 7pm that’s all they had for ribs left. The brisket was moist! Sorry Texas, I’m sort of tired of overcooked brisket. Oh, and don’t pass on the warm corn muffins - and definitely drizzle honey on them!!! While you wait you can hang at the bar next door - Martini’s.

We ate lunch today and we're very disappointed with the quality of the food. We ordered Brisket and ribs and the quality was not there! The ribs had more fat than meat and the brisket had no taste and was fatty as well. I think we are going somewhere else for ribs and brisket! The problem is the restaurant was sold this year and the quality went with the sale! We used to dine on a regular occasion but not anymore. Why would someone purchase a successful business and lower the quality of the product! This never ever works! One other thing they started cleaning the floor around our table around 2:00 closing time why? The old saying if it ain't broken don't fix it! Now it's broken! Don't mess with success to save a buck!
