I can honestly say that it is a must try of all the great options that we have in San Diego for fine dining. The food was excellent, the service itself was impeccable, I can only say good things about Brian, he was candid, personable and very attentive. Mind you a little bit of waiting, the food was very good and will definitely go back. -- Went back, it was an amazing dining experience, better than before and there is nothing I can say that would resemble anything negative. Every bite was just as good as the last, the recommendations from our server were on point and we look forward to our next visit.

Amazing food, great service, and beautiful inside. Best dinner ever I’ve had. Pork fried rice and pork buns are top notch. I’ll be coming back to San Diego just to eat here! Ignore the 2 star review from Quentin Fraser. He gave Cheeba Hut 5 Stars and that’s all you need to know.

I ordered the 1/2 grilled chicken which was delicious. The chicken was crisp on the outside and juicy inside. It is served with lettuce so you can make lettuce wraps. The sauce and side is delicious. The plate as priced at $34. The restaurant gets busy right after 5:30pm. It lacks free parking. I ordered a cappuccino and a cashew/coconut/sherbet dessert, which o enjoyed. The decor is better than can be appreciated by the photos. The manager is very nice as well as the waitress. The receptionist should be friendlier as this will be your first impression of the restaurant. Hope to come back to explore more dishes.
