I don’t say this often….; one of the most incredible meals I’ve had in a long time. I was told they don’t have a Michelin star but they DESERVE IT. Drinks . Fantastic; bone marrow; fantastic; Mac & cheese, fantastic; everything was fantastic. The steak? Again; fantastic. Go here if you want a meal that puts you to sleep. You food people know exactly what I mean! Arguably better than grandmas cooking; I promise you.

Date night. Fair warning, this place ain't cheap. That price point is reflected in a menu packed with locally sourced ingredients, wine and beers from local producers and staff are really impressively well versed on the extent of the menu. Staff explained they visited local farm to see how some of deli meats are raised, which is pretty impressive. Failed to find flaw with the food, we had the 20oz porterhouse and it was excellent. Huge array of well-prepared sides, super tasty. Costs a bit, but we'll worth the treat.

This was the best experience we have had for our Christmas eve dinner at a steakhouse! Every employee was wonderful with such attention to detail and unpretentious. The rib eye with a blue cheese crust was filled with flavor. Beautiful presentation of the venison chops. And the squash soup was incredible. Very tastefully decorated in an understated western theme with appropriately themed background music. Highly recommend this restaurant and we will be back!
